Project
Air Canada Centre
If you are a sports fan, there is a good chance you've seen our work! In 2015, we took on a project designing the Jumbotron Super Structure in the Scotiabank Arena (formerly Air Canada Centre). Hanging 8.5m (28 ft) above the ground, this feature display is 10m (32 ft) high, 15m (50 ft) wide, and weighs 32,885 kg (72,500 lb). The main considerations for a structure this large include aesthetics, modularization, transportation, and hoisting. In addition, installation tolerances were accounted for without compromising strength and longevity.
